HISTORY OF THE MARTIAL ARTS & ASSOCIATION

There are traditions of training for Martial Arts defense. The common objective of all martial arts is to protect oneself or others from physical danger, martial arts are mostly considered combat sports. Martial arts refers to the art of war and is a 15th-century European term for the art of fighting known today as historical European martial arts. The term martial arts, originally coined in the 1920s, primarily referred to a form of warfare in Asia. Martial arts are practiced for self-defense, competition, physical fitness, mental and spiritual development, etc. There are different types of martial arts in the world such as Martial Arts in India, Kung-Fu in China and Karate in Japan. The description of martial arts is also found in many religious texts. According to the Puranas of India, Lord Parshuram is the father of Martial Arts. Traditional martial arts are mainly practiced in India and Chinese. The credit for popularizing martial arts in the West and other countries of the world is largely given to the late Bruce Lee. The credit for popularizing martial arts in Asia and India is largely given to late Bodhidharma.

A new game raises new hopes. Flying Kick is an Indigenous Sport and a sport related to Martial Art, which we can use for self-defense when needed. “Martial Art” Flying Kick sport is one of the exciting sports, Martial Art Sport. Which makes boys and girls of all age groups physically, mentally strong. Flying Kick is easy to learn, deadly, risk-free, low-cost, simple game rules and can be played in easily available playgrounds. On 10th October 2013, the Flying Kick game was started from Delhi State, in 7th September, 2015 the Flying Kick Sports Association, India was formed, started exhibiting and promoting this game in India, Flying Kick game after some time By making a mark in the Sports World, it was played in School and Rural & Village Areas, District Level, State Level, flying kick game is played in 25 states of India and played in 22 countries at international level and Indian Flying Kick Sports Federation, International Flying Kick is recognized by Sports Federation and Asian Flying Kick Sports Council. Flying Kick game is also being played in Delhi State Olympic Games and National Sports Competitions of School Games Federation of India SGFI. This game can be played both outdoor and indoor. The aim of the federation is to provide opportunities to the players of this indigenous game to increase the pride of their country at the international level. Lakhs of school and college boys and girls have been trained in self-defense by the Instructor of the Association & has organized 7 National level Competitions in deferent states in India.

VISON / MISSION OF THE ASSOCIATION

  1. To develop the indigenous game of Flying Kick Sports across India & the World.
  2. To promote India's Sanskrit language globally through the Flying Kick Sports “Martial Arts Movement.
  3. To make efforts to identify and arrange alternate modes of employment for rural and urban sportspersons and coaches.
  4. To be a non-profit, non-political, non-religious and non- sectarian organization.
  5. To strive globally to mobilize countries for the Self- Defense & Martial Art Movement.
  6. To work cross-disciplinary and cross-culturally and serve all people regardless of caste, creed, religion, sex, demographics, or other qualities.
  7. Providing Membership in all states and providing membership of Clubs at Village & District level and promoting sportspersons from rural areas.
  8. To establish ideal Sports Policies that can be adopted by governments and other organizations at the National and Global level for the betterment of sportspersons.
  9. Developing Sports grounds, workshops, and technical seminars, conducting and supporting major competitions at the village level through organization.
  10. Providing certificate, cash awards, scholarships, recognition and honors to the players participating in State and National level championships.
  11. To provide better Training to Sportspersons and to take care of their Health.
  12. To make India stand out as a nation of champions, with Martial Arts sport as in integral ingredient of education. To help India make winning a habit, to encourage sporting talent and to promote and celebrate success across wide range of sport.
  13. To identify, coordinate and improve use of self-defense sports.
  14. To identify coaches in martial arts sport.
  15. To provide sports talent opportunity to player in Martial Art Competition at all level.
  16. To arrange for coaching at District, State and National Levels.
  17. To build players at various levels leading up to the International Stage.
  18. To protect players and sports activists from all types of harassment and abuse.
  19. To promote programmes self-defense arts, culture, and education.
  20. To promote the martial arts and self-defense preservation for everybody.
  21. To promote women in the organizational structure and participation at all levels in order to achieve gender equality.
  22. To ensure the Flying Kick Sports are held on regular basis.
  23. To combat any type of Martial Art Movement discrimination.
  24. To maintain the games’ integrity by combating Doping and other forms of competitive manipulation and Corruption.

HISTORY OF THE FKSAI ASSOCIATION

OCTOBER 10, 2013

The Flying Kick Martial Arts Association was formed in 2013 and the Association carried out a mission to teach Self – Defence Techniques in all School & Academy.

SEPTEMBER 07, 2015

The Flying Kick Sports Association India Registered as Society Act 1860 NCT of Delhi. Association was formally established at the Meeting held at Narela, North West Delhi with the presence of Elected Members and State representatives and elected Mr. Chand Singh Khatri as President of the Flying Kick Sports Association India & Mr. Neeraj Kumar as General Secretary of the Flying Kick Sports Association India.

NOVEMBER 12, 2015

The Office of the Flying Kick Sports Association India was placed at 207, Near Sagar Studio, Village Bankner, Narela, Delhi – 110040.

JANUARY 24, 2017

The Working Office of the Flying Kick Sports Association India was placed at 01, 2nd Floor, Khanpur Depot. Saket, Delhi.

OCTOBER 10, 2018

The Administrative Office of the Flying Kick Sports Association India was placed at 14/6-B, Church Street, Biharipuri Extension, Karawal Nagar, Delhi-90 and started functioning.

JANUARY 29-30, 2016

The 1st National Flying Kick Sports Championship organised by the Flying Kick Sports Association Delhi and under the agies of Flying Kick Sports Association India at Narela, Delhi with the participation more than 444. Flying Kick Sports players from different states of India.

AUGUST 29-30, 2017

The 2nd National Flying Kick Sports (Martial Art) Championship organised by the Flying Kick Sports Association of Maharashtra and under the agies of Flying Kick Sports Association India at Ratanagiri, Maharashtra with the participation more than 429. Flying Kick Sports players from different states of India.

DECEMBER 13-15, 2017

Shri Vikas Kumar Paswan, FKSAI Coordinator visited to Dhangdhi, Nepal for expanding Flying Kick family and given the Flying Kick ‘Martial Arts’ training to the youths of Nepal.

AUGUST 24-26, 2018

The 3rd National Flying Kick Sports (Martial Art) Championship organised by the Flying Kick Sports Association of Delhi and under the agies of Flying Kick Sports Association India at Ratanagiri, Maharashtra with the participation more than 556. Flying Kick Sports players from different states of India.

DECEMBER 20-21, 2018

The National Technical Official Programme organised by the Flying Kick Sports Association of Delhi at Uttam Nagar, South Delhi with the participation more than 34.

FEBRUARY 02, 2019

Flying Kick Sports Association India organised FKSAI Annual General Body Meeting at New Delhi head of states and association members were involved in meeting.

AUGUST 10-12, 2019

Flying Kick (Martial Art) Sports was included in SGFI National Training Program organised by the School Games Federation of India. Held at Govt. Collage of Physical Education, Domaglguda, Hydarabad.

NOVEMBER 15-17, 2019

The 4th National Flying Kick Sports (Martial Art) Championship organised by the Flying Kick Sports Association of Madhya Pradesh and under the agies of Flying Kick Sports Association India at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh with the participation more than 496. Flying Kick Sports players from different states of India.

Flying Kick Sports Association India had organised Flying Kick ‘Martial Art’ Coaches Technical Training Education Seminar -2021 at YMCA Conference Hall, New Delhi. Respected Shri Ankur Garg, Chief Officer, NDMC, NCT Government of Delhi was present as Chief Guest.
